Consulting

There’s a better versionof your business.

It runs better.

It makes more money.

It wastes less time.

And it does not require more people, more software, or more bullshit to get there.

The hard part

Figuring out what that better version actually is — and getting it built.

Let’s build it
The friction

Something is getting in the way.

The process takes too long.

Too much of the work is manual.

Systems do not connect.

Customers are falling out somewhere.

The same problem keeps getting solved over and over.

AI or automation could help, but nobody has figured out where it actually belongs.

Everyone sees a piece of the problem, but nobody owns the whole thing.

Or the company has talked about it enough. It is time to fix it.

The work

I find the better way to do the work.

I get into the actual work.

What is happening now?

What keeps repeating?

Where are we losing time, money, customers, or good people to bad process?

What does not need to exist?

What should stay human?

What could technology actually make better?

Then I design the better version and turn it into something we can actually build and use.

Consulting starts at $10,000.

How I work

I do not walk in pretending I already know the answer.

I ask questions.

I talk to the people who actually know the work.

I challenge assumptions — including my own.

I follow the problem until we understand what is really happening.

My job is not to show up with all the answers. It is to help us get to the right one — and then do something with it.

The fit

This is for companies ready to do something.

I do not need three days of workshops to tell you what we already know.

I will do the work required to understand the problem, pull in the right people, and ask the uncomfortable questions. Then we make decisions and move.

I am not interested in drama, politics, or protecting a broken process because somebody owns it.

If you want another committee, six months of alignment, or another deck nobody acts on, I am probably not the right fit.

If you are ready to make the business better and actually do something about it, I am.

How far we go

The work can stop at the answer. Or I can keep going.

01

Redesign it.

Give me one ugly problem.

I trace what is happening now, find the waste and failure points, remove what does not belong, and design how it should work instead.

You leave with:

  • what is actually wrong
  • what needs to change
  • the redesigned process
  • a clear plan to make it real
02

Implement it.

You know what needs to change.

Now someone has to make it happen.

I run the work, drive the decisions, keep the right people moving, and get the new version into use.

Not another deck about what should happen. The thing actually changes.

03

Build + automate it.

If technology belongs in the answer, I can build that too.

Automation.AI.Connected systems.Internal tools.Customer communication.Dashboards.Whatever the work actually requires.

I do not add AI to a bad process. I fix the process first. Then I automate what deserves to survive.

04

Look at the whole business.

Sometimes there is not one broken process.

The whole business has gotten harder than it needs to be.

I look across how customers move through it, how the work gets done, who owns what, what systems are involved, where people get stuck, and what has accumulated that no longer needs to be there.

Then we design the better version of the business.

Business-wide engagements start at $50,000.

The filter

Everything I do runs through SSME™.

SSME™ is a framework I created. It is the filter I use to decide what stays, what goes, what gets built, and whether the answer is actually good enough.

Simple.

Simple enough to understand.

Scalable.

Scalable enough to use again.

Minimal.

Minimal enough that nothing unnecessary survives.

Effective.

Effective enough to actually produce the result.

The result

Better work. Better business.

Less time reacting.

Less work done twice.

Fewer things falling through the cracks.

Better use of the people you already have.

Technology that actually makes the work better.

More time spent on the work that moves the business forward.
